国际级运动健将
在冬季奥运会或世界锦标赛、世界杯赛中获任何一单项前八名者。
运动健将
凡符合下列条件之一者，可申请授予运动健将称号。
1.在冬季奥运会，世界锦标赛、世界杯赛中获任何一单项前二十名者；
2.在全国锦标赛、全国冠军赛中获成年组个人项目（Ｋ９０）米以上级）前二名者；
3.在全国锦标赛、全国冠军赛中获青年组个人项目（Ｋ９０米以上级）第一名者。
一级运动员
凡符合下列条件之一者，可申请授予一级运动员称号。
1.在全国锦标赛、全国冠军赛中获成年组个人项目（Ｋ９０米以上级）前八名者；
2.在全国锦标赛、全国冠军赛中获青年组个人项目（Ｋ９０米以上级）前六名者。
二级运动员
凡符合下列条件之一者，可申请授予二级运动员称号。
1.在全国锦标赛、全国冠军赛中获成年组任一单项前十二名者：
2.在全国锦标赛、全国冠军赛中获青年组任一单项前十名者；
3.在省、自治区级竞赛中，获成年组任一单项前六名者；
跳台滑雪瞬间图 （四）在省、自治区级竞赛中，获青年组任一单项前三名者。
三级运动员
凡符合下列条件之一者，可申请授予三级运动员称号。
1.在省、自治区级竞赛中，获成年组任一单项前十五名者；
2.在省、自治区级竞赛中，获青年组任一单项前八名者；
3.在地区、市、县级竞赛中，获青年组任一单项前六名者。
少年级运动员
在地区、市、县级竞赛中，获少年组任一单项前十名者。
第五章高山滑雪技术
高山滑雪高山滑雪，奥运会高山滑雪设10小项，男女各五项。男子项目设：滑降、回转、大回转、超级大回转、全能（滑降/回转）；女子项目设：滑降、回转、大回转、超级大回转、全能（滑降/回转）。该项运动将速度与技巧完美地结合在一起，运动员在滑行过程中左右盘旋，将健美与优雅融于一体，粗犷中不失儒雅，所以，一直深受广大观众的欢迎。

找到3个距离标志
4、bust through 2 clouds in a row
在飞跃的时候一次性穿过两个云朵
5、land 1 quadruple backflip
驾驶着白色的雪人，在空中完成翻滚
6、smash through 3 distance signs
撞碎3个距离标志
7、Smash through 3 ponds on a penguin, 3 to go
骑在企鹅上走过三个水坑, 3个即可过关
